Gadiethz Wants To Get Rid of The Hustling In The Music Industry
Morning Ride Show creator and host Gadiethz recently returned from Jamaica where he went to promote the "Asian Remix" video, his latest musical creation, the song however is not new and as the name implies is a remix of another Gadiethz track, also his hit single 'Bun Bad Mind', the tracks are already in rotation in Jamaica on local channels like RE TVand regionally on Tempo, both were produced by Peart's Three-P label.

He was recently the feature of an article on "Out A Road", a popular Jamaican News/Entertainment website. According to the article Strong-minded aspirations and forward thinking are traits that set Paul Gadiethz Peart apart from most artistes. In his own words Gadiethz proclaims that he wants:"To improve the music industry in the *Caribbean*, moving it from a hustling state of operation to a more corporate centric business."

Paul got the name 'Gadiethz', from reggae heavyweight Sizzla Kalonji, though not Rastafarian by appearance, Gadiethz' name is derived from Rastafarian roots meaning 'Protector of Israel'.

Gadiethz first appeared on the musical scene back in 1991 with his first performance on the 'Greatest One Night Reggae Show On Earth' - Sting.

Over the years he has built up quite an impressive portfolio sharing the stage and performing with the likes of Bunny Wailer (the last surviving member of Bob Marley and the Wailers), 'Grammy Kid Shabba Ranks, Maxi Priest, Tony Rebel, Gyptian, among other big names in the reggae/dancehall spectrum. He has also been involved with and performed at shows in the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, across the United States, at the St. Kitts Music Festival and of course the British Virgin Island which he has called home for some 10 years, among other places.

A part of Gadiethz's Jamaica trip was to meet with Reggae legend Freddie McGregor to present McGregor with the International Reggae and World Music Award (IRAWMA) trophy for Best Performing Artiste which Gadiethz accepted on Freddie's behalf at the show.

Gadiethz returned home to the BVI to begin the second season of his television show which bears the same name as his radio programme, 'The Morning Ride Show'. After coming off the airwaves of Zrod-Fm for his usual summer break, Gadiethz started the television show which was well received and was called 'a breath of fresh air to BVI television'.
The Morning Ride Show television programme airs on JTV channel 55 and JTVlive.net Mondays - Fridays from 7- 8 am.

HOW TO KNOW WHEN A WOMAN WANT'S YOU

It seems that the biggest problem guys encounter is how to make a girl want them. The mentality of most guys is that only men like women initially… and somehow you have to convince them to like you in return. This fallacy has propelled men into trying to 'win over' women, as seen in so many Hollywood movies.
girl magnet
Unfortunately, this isn't the rule, but rather the exception.

The general rule is that women are attracted as much as men to new people they meet throughout their lives. Its just that most women are used to being approached, so they won't be as pro-active about talking to a guy they like. For men, its a different story.

They are used to being ignored by women, and that further propels the myth that women aren't attracted to men. So with that frame of mind, they approach and converse with women with the "I need to make her like me" mindset. This is awful !

There is nothing worse than a person that is "Trying to make you like him!"

The first rule to getting someone to like you is to be at LEAST their equal in terms of status. A healthy relationship has both partners doing things for each other. One partner might work while the other raises the kids, one might cook and the other might build the deck and so on.

However, this is often taken out of context. If you're at a bar, and a girl asks you to buy her a drink. She's testing you to see if you'll do as she bids. Why WOULD you buy her a drink ? The only context that this might be socially acceptable would be if the guy proposed: "hey, let's get some drinks and then he casually bought hers." By the way, if ever in doubt if you should pay or not when ordering something together… then pay.

The second rule of getting a girl to want you is to tease her! Teasing done right is flirting. If you've ever seen a cat jump viciously at a ball of string dangling from a height, then you'll know how teasing works. It's playful, fun, challenging and very addictive at the same time. Now some of you might not know how to tease properly, so I'd recommend you learn immediately. The best way being by reading the book Double Your Dating by David Deangelo, he describe exactly how to tease girls properly in a way that will build massive attraction.

If you want to learn how to make a girl want you, look at how women make guys want them. They dress up in attractive clothing, move in sensual ways, ignore guys, allude to your imagination and act aloof. Attraction is subtle, and girls seem to master the art. My best advice would be to befriend an attractive girl and pay attention to what attracts you to her.
Men come back soon for another fix soon...

THREE-P PRODUCTIONS GIVE BACK'S TO COMMUNITY

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Less than a week after hosting one of the biggest ‘Parties for a Cause’ in the Virgin Islands, true to their word, today November 5, 2010, the organisers announced the beneficiaries of special contributions from the local business community.

CEO of 3P Productions, Paul ‘Gadeithz’ Peart, a popular radio personality in the Virgin Islands, said the event, dubbed ‘Appliance Party’, was held at the Bottoms Up Night Club in Sea Cow’s Bay on Saturday October 29. The crowd was entertained by top local band, Xtreme, alongside top notch disc jockeys, DJ Dre and DJ Bertrum.

“The idea behind this production was to provide a means by which we could raise funds and solicit donations in order to come to the assistance of people in the community who suffered material losses during the recent flooding,” Peart explained.

“We specifically wanted to help persons who lost appliances, since we heard of several stories to this effect and the hardships these people were facing in having them replaced. This is our way of giving back to the community,” he continued.

Nicola Drummond of Johnson's Ghut receives her voucher from Peart.

The organisers have expressed gratitude to several businesses which kindly agreed to sponsor the event. These include Digicel, The Bigger, Better Network; Riteway Food Markets; Radiotron Electronics; Brothers Car Wash & Tire Sales; ZROD 103.7FM and Freshradiovybz.com.

Vernice Massicote, who has 7 children and 3 grandchildren, suffered water damage at her residence in Kingston during the floods. She was presented with a $200 Gift Voucher compliments Riteway and an electronic game for her children.

The home of Nicola Drummond and her husband Leroy, in Johnson’s Ghut, also sustained water damage and the family lost their mattress, among other items. They were also presented with a $200 Gift Voucher compliments Riteway, and a brand new toaster oven.

The other presentation was made to Simone Monsanto, who received a BlackBerry smartphone, compliments Digicel.

PAUL “GADIETHZ” PEART

BIO

INTRODUCTION

I was born on a bright sunny day in November in Greater Port more, Jamaica. I went to the Spanish Town Primary School. I studied Computer Science at the Aronox Business College in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I grew up with my mom, four sisters and one brother. Being the first child in the family I always had to be the one responsible for looking out for my siblings. I must say it was fun growing up with them! We are a close knit family and to this day I love them the same and continue to look out for them even if they are all gown and have their own lives.

WHO I AM IN LIFE

My name is Paul Peart, a lover of music. In the business and entertainment world, I am known as “Gadiethz”. Presently I reside on Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Growing up as a kid I realized that I had a great passion for music. I say with no reservations at that –Music is my Life – I love music in any form. My enthusiasm for the love of music led me to many special achievements and opportunities to grow in the art – Gadiethz, the singer/songwriter/producer continues to aspire in the music arena from singing my favorite High School songs to writing my own songs. My style of writing could be said to be ‘eccentric’ – I stack words into columns that read from right to left.

Some of my many achievements include the release of my single, “Nookie Tonight” which made number one on the ‘ZROD’s Top 7 at 7’ at the time of its release. I have had the great opportunity to open shows for Berres Hammond, Buju Banton and Tony Rebel while working the Cayman Islands. My greatest event was performing at Sting ’97, a popular dancehall show in Jamaica. Before moving to the BVI, I also hosted a local Cable TV Jamaican show called “Yard Beat”.

Presently I work with ZROD FM Radio Station as the Sales and Marketing Manager, as well as I continue to do some on-air programming, more specifically the Saturday Night Strictly Reggae Show, a show which incidentally is linked to radio stations in New York, Atlanta and the USVI. I am also the host on the Sunday Night Karaoke at Calypso Café Bar and Grill. Most of you may have seen or heard me as the host of many local shows held in the BVI, as well as during the BVI Music Fest and the August Festival Celebrations.

WHAT LIFE MEANS TO ME

Life to me means family and friends you can trust and who trusts you. I am a happy person and I love life, but like everything else there are days that may seem a little less on the up side. I do have some friends who I can depend on and who look out for me.

I view education as a necessity in life if anybody wants to be successful in any project. It provides you with a foundation to revert to should your aspirations and goals in life do not work out at any one time. Besides working in the music field, which is my first passion, I have also worked as a hair stylist/barber, all of which form part and parcel of the music and entertainment industry.

At the end of it all I love music, it’s in my soul - there’s a rhythm inside of me that’s always beating, chanting, humming, playing all the time. I am Paul ‘Gadiethz’ Peart and music is my passion!
