Gadiethz Wants To Get Rid of The Hustling In The Music Industry
Morning Ride Show creator and host Gadiethz recently returned from Jamaica where he went to promote the "Asian Remix" video, his latest musical creation, the song however is not new and as the name implies is a remix of another Gadiethz track, also his hit single 'Bun Bad Mind', the tracks are already in rotation in Jamaica on local channels like RE TVand regionally on Tempo, both were produced by Peart's Three-P label.
He was recently the feature of an article on "Out A Road", a popular Jamaican News/Entertainment website. According to the article Strong-minded aspirations and forward thinking are traits that set Paul Gadiethz Peart apart from most artistes. In his own words Gadiethz proclaims that he wants:"To improve the music industry in the *Caribbean*, moving it from a hustling state of operation to a more corporate centric business."
Paul got the name 'Gadiethz', from reggae heavyweight Sizzla Kalonji, though not Rastafarian by appearance, Gadiethz' name is derived from Rastafarian roots meaning 'Protector of Israel'.
Gadiethz first appeared on the musical scene back in 1991 with his first performance on the 'Greatest One Night Reggae Show On Earth' - Sting.
Over the years he has built up quite an impressive portfolio sharing the stage and performing with the likes of Bunny Wailer (the last surviving member of Bob Marley and the Wailers), 'Grammy Kid Shabba Ranks, Maxi Priest, Tony Rebel, Gyptian, among other big names in the reggae/dancehall spectrum. He has also been involved with and performed at shows in the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, across the United States, at the St. Kitts Music Festival and of course the British Virgin Island which he has called home for some 10 years, among other places.
A part of Gadiethz's Jamaica trip was to meet with Reggae legend Freddie McGregor to present McGregor with the International Reggae and World Music Award (IRAWMA) trophy for Best Performing Artiste which Gadiethz accepted on Freddie's behalf at the show.
Gadiethz returned home to the BVI to begin the second season of his television show which bears the same name as his radio programme, 'The Morning Ride Show'. After coming off the airwaves of Zrod-Fm for his usual summer break, Gadiethz started the television show which was well received and was called 'a breath of fresh air to BVI television'.
The Morning Ride Show television programme airs on JTV channel 55 and JTVlive.net Mondays - Fridays from 7- 8 am.

BVI Represented at International Reggae and World Music Awards
Local Acts Gain Needed Exposure
The BVI was represented at this years International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA) show, as it celebrated its 30th year last weekend, May 28th, 2011 at the National Academy of the Performing Arts in Port of Spain, Trinidad. Considered to be the only awards show to recognize the contributions of Caribbean and World music for over 30 years, IRAWMA was founded by entrepreneur, publisher and TV personality Ephraim M. Marting.
Zrod-FM's Paul 'Gadiethz' Peart was live at the event; Zrod covered the event, broadcasting it live here in the Virgin Islands with the help of Digicel BVI and Road Town Wholesale Trading Ltd on Zrod 103.7.
Peart, always the BVI ambassador, in addition to his hosting duties, sought to spread BVI music and culture and promote the BVI to the attendees at the event. Armed with a Collection of "Best Of Quito Rymer" CD's among others, Peart sought to promote the territory and one of its most talented musical stars, handing out the CD's to various international music industry representatives and artists from around the world, the likes of Tony Rebel, and 'Big Yard' which handles event bookings for world famous Grammy award winning "Mr. Bombastic" Shaggy.
Peart returned to the BVI with a trophy for "MASTER OF REGGAE", which he accepted on behalf of musical giant Freddy McGreggor, Peart will present McGreggor with his award when they meet up in Jamaica later this year.
Nominees at this years event included Trinidad’s 2011 Soca Monarch and Road Monarch champion Machel Montano, controversial and popular Dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel, Taurus Riley, Jah Cure, Gramps Morgan, Queen Ifrika, International Reggae musician duo Sly & Robbie, JW Blaze, Shakira, Daddy Yankee and many more. Past nominees, winners and award recipients for this prestigious event have included Sean Paul, Jamie Foxx, Mamedou Diabte, Wyclef Jean, India Irie, Enrique Iglesias, Alison Hinds, Awilo Longamba and Beenie Man just to name a few. Previous IRAWMA have been held in U.S. cities New York, Miami and Atlanta as well as the city of Montego Bay in Jamaica and has been broadcasted on major TV networks such as MTV and B.E.T.
Peart said "Myself and Zrod-Fm take our responsibility quite seriously when we have to represent the BVI on an international stage, these events will only help to bolster the BVI's presence in a positive light and we always try to shine light on the BVI's talented artists, that's why I made sure influential persons in the music industry got exposed to local music like Quito and the Edge. What we do is for the development of the entire BVI community as this will help with exposure on the tourism scene."
The event was covered by various international media and Zrod-Fm partnered with RainBow935-Fm from Anguilla and Vybz-Fm from Antigua.
Gadiethz is the host of the popular Morning Ride Show, Mon - Fri from 7-10am and the Strictly Reggae Show on Saturday's at 8pm - 12 am. The Morning Ride Show takes its annual "Summer Break" starting Monday June 6th and returning Monday September 5th, however fans will still be able to see Gadiethz on local TV station JTV channel 55 during the summer.

HOW TO KNOW WHEN A WOMAN WANT'S YOU
It seems that the biggest problem guys encounter is how to make a girl want them. The mentality of most guys is that only men like women initially… and somehow you have to convince them to like you in return. This fallacy has propelled men into trying to 'win over' women, as seen in so many Hollywood movies.
girl magnet
Unfortunately, this isn't the rule, but rather the exception.
The general rule is that women are attracted as much as men to new people they meet throughout their lives. Its just that most women are used to being approached, so they won't be as pro-active about talking to a guy they like. For men, its a different story.
They are used to being ignored by women, and that further propels the myth that women aren't attracted to men. So with that frame of mind, they approach and converse with women with the "I need to make her like me" mindset. This is awful !
There is nothing worse than a person that is "Trying to make you like him!"
The first rule to getting someone to like you is to be at LEAST their equal in terms of status. A healthy relationship has both partners doing things for each other. One partner might work while the other raises the kids, one might cook and the other might build the deck and so on.
However, this is often taken out of context. If you're at a bar, and a girl asks you to buy her a drink. She's testing you to see if you'll do as she bids. Why WOULD you buy her a drink ? The only context that this might be socially acceptable would be if the guy proposed: "hey, let's get some drinks and then he casually bought hers." By the way, if ever in doubt if you should pay or not when ordering something together… then pay.
The second rule of getting a girl to want you is to tease her! Teasing done right is flirting. If you've ever seen a cat jump viciously at a ball of string dangling from a height, then you'll know how teasing works. It's playful, fun, challenging and very addictive at the same time. Now some of you might not know how to tease properly, so I'd recommend you learn immediately. The best way being by reading the book Double Your Dating by David Deangelo, he describe exactly how to tease girls properly in a way that will build massive attraction.
If you want to learn how to make a girl want you, look at how women make guys want them. They dress up in attractive clothing, move in sensual ways, ignore guys, allude to your imagination and act aloof. Attraction is subtle, and girls seem to master the art. My best advice would be to befriend an attractive girl and pay attention to what attracts you to her.
Men come back soon for another fix soon...
